We understand that sometimes things come up and you may not be able to attend our webinar. That’s why we offer a full refund to anyone who cancels their registration at least 24 hours in advance.

To cancel your registration, please contact us at Fivepercentkm@gmail.com  at least 24 hours before the webinar start time. We will process your refund within 7 business days.

If you cancel your registration less than 24 hours in advance, or if you do not attend the webinar at all, you will not be eligible for a refund.

Exceptions

We may offer a full refund even if you cancel within 24 hours of the webinar start time, or if you do not attend the webinar at all, in the following circumstances:

• You have a medical emergency.
• You have a family emergency.
• You have a work emergency.

To request a refund under one of these exceptions, please contact us at Fivepercentkm@gmail.com within 24 hours of the webinar start time. We will require documentation to support your request.
